Khal Technology Center is an academic and commercial technology hub based in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, serving customers across Kurdistan and Iraq as well as international clients in Europe, the United States, and beyond. We specialize in database systems, software and web solutions, CNC machining, 3D printing, laser engraving, IT services, and professional training — making technology practical, inclusive, accessible, and useful for communities, businesses, teachers, and people with disabilities.

To become the Kurdistan Region's leading accredited technology center for assistive devices, technical training, and custom electronic systems — expanding beyond Halabja across the region within 3–5 years.
People with disabilities in Halabja and across Kurdistan have long lacked access to assistive technology, technical training, and repair services built around their needs. Founder Jihad Enayat identified this gap over 15+ years in IT — from AtNet and the Google Center Halabja, through a BSc in Information Technology, university lecturing, certified ToT training with GIZ, four years supervising IT & Media at the Halabja Disability Organization, and five years as IT Supervisor at the Halabja Chemical Weapons Victims Treatment Hospital.
In 2024 he founded Khal Tech to bring this experience under one roof — the only center in Halabja and Kurdistan built around and supervised by people with disabilities, serving both the disability community and local SMEs with assistive devices, training, custom electronics, and CNC / 3D-printing / laser work previously sourced from outside the city.
